Before you hire us

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to three days, depending on size and weather. Apartment communities are scheduled building by building so tenants aren't all disrupted at once.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — typically 50% when you accept the estimate, with the balance due when the job is complete and you've done the final walkthrough with us.

What happens if you find bad decking?

Decking replacement isn't in the base estimate because nobody can see it until the old roof is off. If we find soft or damaged sections we'll show you, confirm the cost per sheet, and get your OK before replacing anything.

Do you do apartment complexes and commercial buildings?

Yes. We regularly re-roof multi-family and apartment properties with shingle roofs, and those jobs get scoped and crewed differently than a single house to keep them on schedule.

Do you clean up when you're done?

Always. Old shingles, nails, and debris are hauled off site, and we sweep the yard with a magnet for nails before the final walkthrough.
